Paywith
A brand evolution powered by clarity, confidence and innovation
PayWith is a leading Australian fintech company specialising in enterprise-grade payment solutions. With a proprietary payments orchestration layer at the core of its offering, the brand enables seamless multi-account transactions with a single tap. As the company prepared for its next phase of growth, it recognised the need to evolve its brand identity to better reflect its maturity, vision, and product advantages.
- Branding
- Design
- UX
The project began as a full rebrand, evolving from the previous identity into a refined, future-facing system. The challenge was to translate a complex technology product into a clear and engaging experience, one that would appeal to both enterprise clients and end users, without losing the sense of innovation at the heart of the business.
The solution was a refreshed visual language built around simplicity. A custom logotype was developed, designed to evoke a sense of connection and centralisation mirroring the brand’s role as the technology layer that links multiple accounts and platforms. The logotype was paired with an entirely new colour palette, favouring fresh, modern tones that reflect trust and growth.
To help convey the technical depth of the product in a way that remains digestible, I designed a suite of custom infographics that simplify complex ideas, turning abstract layers of financial infrastructure into clear, engaging visual narratives.

Designing a seamless experience, for both website and app
A major focus of the rebrand was the new website, which was developed as a one-page scroll journey, guiding users from top to bottom with dynamic animations and micro-interactions. Key product features were visualised through interactive graphics, designed to educate while keeping users engaged throughout the experience.
In addition to the website, the design system was extended into the development of the PayWith mobile app. The UI reflects the same principles of clarity and seamlessness, offering intuitive flows and visual consistency across devices.
To complete the system, I created a range of custom brand assets, including hand-drawn icons inspired by the logotype, and a set of flexible, grid-based patterns. These elements support a wide range of applications, from digital interfaces to marketing communications, and help the brand remain recognisable and cohesive at every touchpoint.
